America’s got talent, and it’s Pat Lahlum’s job to bring it to IMO Health. Find out what makes our talented talent acquisition manager tick.

For three years, Pat Lahlum has been recruiting the best of the best to build IMO Health’s talented team of engineers, product managers, clinical informaticists, and more. The job has afforded him endless opportunities for learning while adding to an already eclectic resume including stints in places like the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, a Costco Bakery, and a gold mining company. (Not one of those was on our bingo cards). We asked Pat a few questions for this short In My Opinion video and discovered a few fun facts about his love of aviation and his passion for putting the right people in the right roles.

Pat Lahlum has been a part of the talent acquisition team since joining IMO Health in March of 2020. He’s a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, and has lived in the Chicagoland area since 2015. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, and being outdoors.
